Castcore® Cover
Our foam injection system and Mylovac sealed design makes the Castcore cover highly resistant to water saturation and damage due to weight load which significantly prolonges the life of the cover.
Cedar Cabinet
Arctic Spas cabinet is constructed of canadian clear western cedar which is impervious to water damage and rot.
Forever Floor®
The Forever Floor is impervious to moisture, pests and time. It can be placed anywhere and does not require expensive site preparation or foundation materials.
Heatlock® Insulation
High density insulating foam around the cabinet perimiter, flooring and cover captures waste heat from the motors, transferring it through the shell to heat the water more efficiently.
Jets
The Arctic jet is a bearing free spinning jet that threads into place like a light bulb which reduces jet replacement due to bearing or plastic failure.
Self Supporting Hull
Unlike other spas, our self-supporting shell does not need support beams or foam to support the weight of water and people. It is structurally guaranteed for life.
Shell
Our spa shell is stronger than steel by weight and maintains a lifetime structural warranty. Our design allows the customer to upgrade their spa at any time with additional jets, pumps, stereos or any other Arctic technology, even years after their purchase.
