I wanted to write and express my appreciation to you for our great experience with our purchase of an Arctic spa. When shopping for a spa for our new Colorado Springs home, I visited your showroom. There was a distinctive difference in the quality of your product and professionalism of your staff. This convinced us to purchase our Arctic spa. We have owned several different spas in the past, and have never been as pleased as we are with our product. In the past, we have always had problems with hoses, mechanics and maintenance of our previos spas, along with temperature control and heat loss. Our Arctic spa has kept the water warm at a very reasonable cost, much to my surprise, even in the dead of winter. Candi was very surprised at the thoroughness of the "training" to take care of the spa. Not only that, you have been there to answer any questions that we've had since then. We purchased our Arctic Spa 8 years ago. What a great investment. The tub still looks like new. We've had two minor problems. Both were solved by you quickly and efficiently. The second problem was "diagnosed" by you over the phone. My inoperative blower was traced to a blown fuse. I drove to your store and you gave me one for free! My electric consumption with the Arctic tub is small even though we use it year around in Monument. Your Arctic Spa is a homerun! Thanks!

My experience has been great from the first day I came in to look at Arctic Spas, thru the purchase and now after have my spa for over a year. I had heard about Arctic Spas over the radio earlier last year, how they were different. The care, maintenance, warranty, and construction and how by comparison they were simply better. So when I started looking your store was one of my first stops. I gathered information and then went to 5 of 6 other spa dealerships for comparisons. A few said ours is as good for less, but when asked specifics about cabinet, base, and insulation they were all shown to be less than the Arctic by direct comparison. I was also interest in how it is maintained and repaired if something goes wrong. Can you fix it at an affordable price? My dad has owned various spas for 20+ years and they all have ended up being taken away. They cost on average five thousand but to fix them cost when something went wrong with the hoses as far as leaks it turned out it was less expensive to just buy a new one rather than fix it. All the other spas I looked at had this same problem, insulation around all the hoses and no way to find or fix it easily. After comparisons, I decided on an Arctic, even though the price was slightly higher. When I finished comparing the materials and how the spa was made. That alone was enough, but when you add the ease of weekly maintenance and the ability to see and fix problems if they come up made it a winner. The delivery and installation went great. Dave's system for keeping the water clean and clear is wonderful; it works with a minimum of work and chemicals. The few times I've needed assistance Dave and his team have responded quickly to answer and help. My whole family enjoys the spa. My wife and I use it a great deal for relaxation and therapy massage. My sons are very active in sports and enjoy it to help minimize the aches, pains and relieve their sour muscles. Over all we use it 3-4 times a week thru out the year. I'm happier today with that decision than the day I purchased it. My hats off to Dave and Arctic Spas. Thanks.

My wife and I purchased an Arctic Spa in early 2006. This was the result of a referral from our friend who also had purchased one and were enjoying it very much. Originally, this spa was merely for relaxation. However, shortly after, I suffered a herniated disk. During my recuperation I found the Arctic spa to be of a great source of comfort and relief. I honestly believe that it has been instrumental in my faster than expected rehabilitation. Additionally, I find this 4 person spa to be the perfect size for my wife and I and I am especially pleased at the extremely low operating cost and lack of problems. It also stands up extremely well to the harsh winters we have in Colorado. Thank you!

My wife was in a car accident a few years ago and suffered neck injuries. Hydrotherapy offered her relief and we decided to buy a hot tub so that she could continue in the healing process. We looked at a number of different Manufacturers, but found for the money and durability arctic was the way to go (especially since it is manufactured in Canada and not California). We have had our spa for over a year and absolutely love it. We had a problem with our pump at one point but Arctic of Colorado Springs came out the very next day and replaced it for free. We are very pleased with Arctic of Colorado Springs and would make the decision to purchase an Arctic spa again!

I recently inherited a spa with the purchase of my new home. I was thrilled at the prospect of owning my own spa, but admittedly was a bit apprehensive about its maintenance and operation. Noel over at Arctic spas made it easy on me...he answered all my questions and made sure I had the right chemicals. They even advised me against replacing my busted ozone generator since I really didn't need it anymore because of the chemicals I was using. Their honesty saved me $200.00

I just wanted to say thank you for putting the "C" back into customer service. I had purchased a filter from your store, and exchanged it which was not a problem for you. When I bought a second filter I accidentally bought the wrong again and got it wet, again it was exchanged for the correct one with no hassle. I can not extend enough gratitude as if this were the shop I have dealt with in the past they would not even considered taking the filter back. I have had my Arctic tub for 5 years now and am very pleased with its performance. However, service with Arctic Spas of Colorado Springs was anything but pleasant up until a year ago when Mr. Hennekens purchased the store. We purchased the spa 5 years ago in Denver and the first time we had a problem with the spa we called them and they told us there was now a dealer in Colorado Springs and to contact them. Upon contacting the old Arctic (Leisure Time) we were told that since we did not purchase the spa from them that we would have to wait for service until the customers who had purchased from them had been serviced and that it may take up to 2 weeks to get us. The original service people were rude and not very knowledgeable about spas in general. The new owners we have delt with Dave Hennekens have been very punctual in responding to any problems I have had. I would highly recommend anybody to purchase a spa from the new Arctic Spas of Colorado springs not only because of the reputation of Arctic itself but because of the exceptional customer service and timely service we have received.

We were honestly not looking to purchase a hot tub for at least 6 months, but wanted to become educated with manufacturers, options and models of tubs in the market as well become familiar with local dealers in the area. Our main objective was to find a high-quality constructed spa with our specific performance needs in our price range with the service and warranty to make our decision a sound one. We visited 4-5 dealers in the area and were well informed at most of the dealerships. Sales methodologies, however, were across the board. Some salesmen were very aggressive while others were more informed and relaxed. After reading Favorable comments of the service and quality of arctic spa as well as the dealership on the internet we decided to take visit Arctic Spas of Colorado Springs. We worked both with Noel Ray and Dave Hennikens and were so impressed with their presentation and philosophy of allowing the craftsmanship of Arctic Spas speaks for themselves, that we then proceeded with a wet-test the following day. After experiencing Arctic's Hydrotherapy jets and there Hydro-air massage/ aromatherapy performance we purchased the spa. Although we were not in the market for an immediate purchase, we made the choice to go ahead and obtain a well constructed, high-performance spa and there 2006 model-end pricing. The Absence of having the insulation fully sprayed in to allow for service access and trapping of the residual heat created by the jet pump was the feature that surpassed other manufacturers and was the key decision factor in the purchase. Since energy efficiency and servicing was also a point of concern, the utilization of the Castcore (1 Ton snowload), along with the exceptional warranty and local servicing by the owner himself reinforced our decision in the instantaneous purchase. We thank Noel Ray for the wonderful sales experience we had as well as Dave Hennekens for the installation and service experience. We look forward to doing additional business with Arctic, Noel and Dave in the very near future. We LOVE out Arctic Spa.

I just had to write and tell you how much my family has enjoyed our Kodiak Legend Spa! All four of us love to relax in the hot tub especially when the snowflakes are falling! We've owned our spa for about 18 months and are very surprised to say we have not noticed a significant change in our utility bills...not even during the bitter cold of the past winter!
